The Newtown Meeting Aging Well series continues with two programs on housing: Where Will You Live in Your Later Years? and Aging in Place. They are presented in video format by Susan W. Hoskins, LCSW. Susan is a clinical social worker certified in gerontology. She is the Executive Director of the Friends Foundation for the Aging, and was director of the Princeton Senior Resource Center for nearly 20 years.
The first program describes housing options and levels of care. It also provides a set of questions to ask yourself in preparing for the future and questions to ask when visiting communities.
The second program focuses on aging in place, which means remaining in your home or community. It explains options, considerations, and additional services you may need.
Both programs include queries for consideration and resources. Other programs in the series can be found on the Newtown Meeting website under Aging Series.
