Schedule a Zoom Call

Councils and sub-structures can use Zoom / conference calling free of charge.
To ensure that staff has the time to make the arrangements, please request the conference call with as much notice as possible.
Advance notice of at least two business days is requested.
Once the Zoom / conference call is arranged, administrative office staff will send a confirmation to all participants listed in the request, including the scheduled date and time, the phone number for the conference call and instructions to access the conference.
