Please review the Agenda and Advance Documents now posted on the website, and check back for updates before you come to sessions.
Check-In Information:
- Leave your bags in your car and check in at Brower Student Center before moving into your dorm for the week.
- Wednesday the 24th: 3 pm – 8 pm, check in at Brower Student Center. If you arrive after 8 pm call the Help Line at 717-340-2055. Checking in for housing will not be available after 10 pm.
- Thursday the 25th registration opens at 8 am in Brower Student Center.
- Golf carts will be circulating during these times, but if you don’t see one and need a ride please call the Help Line 717-340-2055
Commuters
For those commuting, check in at Brower Student Center. Park in lot 4, 5 or 6 and follow signs. Please call the Help Line if you need a golf cart ride. 717-340-2055. Signs will be posted around campus to help with navigation. If you plan to purchase meals on-site please bring cash or check, we will not be accepting card payments on site for commuters. There is an ATM in Brower Student Center.

Volunteering
Sessions run well because of a tremendous amount of volunteer effort. Everyone makes it go! If you haven’t done so already, please consider signing up at the Welcome Table in Brower Student Center!
Packing List for people residing on campus:
- Sweater and other warm clothes for air conditioned meeting rooms.
- Linens for all beds which are twin extra long (flat double or queen size sheets work fine for the bottom sheet, flat twin or double/queen are fine for the top sheet!)
- Pillow
- Blanket
- Towel(s) of whatever size you like to use.
- Toiletries.
- A bath mat is recommended for slippery shower floors.
- A refillable water bottle and coffee cup, to help cut back on the waste we produce.
We also recommend:
- Musical Instruments, Sketchbooks, Knitting, crocheting supplies. Bicycles and helmets.
