PYM welcomes Albert DeGregorio as our newest staff member! Al joins PYM’s finance department in the role of Assistant Controller.
Al brings over 38 years of both private and public financial and accounting leadership experience in accounting, auditing, asset management, and process improvement, and technology implementation. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), He also holds an Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy (BSA) from Villanova University.
As an adept multi-project manager, Al has held leadership and supervisory positions for organizations both large and small throughout the Delaware Valley, helping implement significant improvements in payroll, expense reporting, and treasury management banking systems. Al is a service and support oriented individual, well-versed in assisting organizations in establishing critical accounting policies, internal audit plans, and achieving strategic goals.
In his public accounting and consulting roles, Al provided services individuals, companies, and non-profit organizations, Al is excited to be a part of the PYM community and is looking forward to utilizing his experience and skills to help PYM in every way needed.
In his spare time, Al enjoys travel, sports, and spending time with family. His favorite pastimes include playing golf and fishing. Al is married to his wife for 38 years and a longtime Philadelphia/Delco resident.
