A Little About My Role at PYM
As Deputy General Secretary, Salvador brings direct support to PYM Operations in this leadership role alongside the General Secretary. His primary responsibility is setting conditions so staff can effectively work towards strategic priorities. The DGS provides direct support to several Board/Volunteer groups, and supervises and integrates the work of programs, communications, data, IT, and facilities. Salvador considers himself a dedicated mobilizer committed to initiating and executing intercultural programs that will grow membership, engage Friends and increase diversity/inclusion, justice, and respect. As a native Spanish-speaking Latino American, Salvador looks forward to connecting the Latin community of Friends to PYM.
